Where does it hurt when you have appendicitis?

I’m worried that I have appendicitis. My pain is in my lower abdomen, right above the groin area. I still am able to walk and eat and stuff, but I’m still worried. As per Everydayhealth, medicinenet, Abdominal pain is common in a lot of illnesses, such as irritable bowel syndrome, gastroenteritis, urinary tract infections (UTI), and pelvic inflammatory disease, an infection of a woman's reproductive organs. My symptoms are similar, I am totally confused. I need Help?

It's on your right above the abdomen, but you can tell that by googling it -- someone on You Tube will have a video showing you where it is.  But the key thing is pain level -- it's a pretty intense pain.  If you think you have it, you need to go to the ER now.  If your anxiety manifests itself in fear of ill health and you're constantly having such fears, I know, it makes it really hard to know what to do.  The abdominal pain in digestive disorders is not as intense of a pain, nor is that in urinary tract infections, so again, it's the intensity of the pain.  And again, if you think you have it, you need to go to the doctor now.

Sorry, meant to say it starts in the upper right of the abdomen.  It then will move lower and get sharper.  Often accompanied by nausea -- you feel really sick.  But there are levels as the disease progresses.  The important thing I'm conveying is, if you really think you have it, you need to see a doctor, this isn't one you wait out.  What we can't know about you is how often you get these kinds of fears and how bad what you're feeling is.  We can only go by what you tell us.
