White strings and spots in stool

I have had white spots and white thin string-like things throughout my stools for over a month. I have had stool tests for bacterias, ova and parasites, and yeast and all came back negative. Occasionally I will get quick, sharp pains in my stomach that don't last long, but other than that I have no symptoms of anything. About a week after I noticed the white stuff in my stool, I had a test for bacterial overgrowth which was positive and I took the two week treatment of antibiotics for that, but the white stuff has still been in my stool since. I'd appreciate any ideas on what it might be. .

C.Parapsilosis only 2 labs in usa that test for it pretty sure....can be in lungs, ears, throat, nose that I know of and probably stomach as well.....Swab or Surgery to find it......hospital;isation may be needed and special combination of meds and breathing machines...although good luckmost doctors don't know crap about it or how to treat it in the mean time homepathics and special diets may help
