Why does no one answer my questions on here?

I'll try again. 5th try. I'm just looking for anyone that might have an idea about this. Sorry if I sound so forward. I'm just kind of stir crazy over this and I see everyone else's questions answered but I've never had one answered on here.

I have had 2 of these "attacks" since August. Both have lasted about 2-3 weeks.

I have a aching/bloating feeling on my left lower/mid abdomen. Feels more bloated than anything else, but it does ache. No sharp pains.

I had 2 CT scans back in August and one today and both have come up negative. All with Contrast. No Diverticulitis.

My stools have been thin (during both attacks) and vary in color. (from light brown to dark green) and I would say it feels like I have diarrhea. (Constantly going)  I had a stool test, for blood, back in September and it came up negative.

During September and October, my stools were pretty much normal in size and consistency.

I, also, had a ultra sound on my gall bladder today and he said it needs to be taken out, but that the gall bladder has nothing to do with my left side. Could the gall stones be causing this?

Could this be IBS?  I'm just really confused. The doctor sounded confused on the phone a little while ago.

Has anyone else went through something like this?  Any advice? or Information?

Yes I'm getting a colonoscopy on Monday the 12th.

Like I said, the CT scans with contrast showed nothing. What all can the colonoscopy detect?

What exactly is celiac and gluten sensitivity?

Are they going to do a colonoscopy on you?  That would really help to determine the cause.  You might also want to ask your doctor to run a blood test to check for celiac or gluten sensitivity.  It can cause a lot of the symptoms you are describing.  Also check out SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth).
