Worsening bloating

I am again having worsening problems with nausea and horrible bloating.  Am eating Activia, taking Pepto Bismol and drinking ginger and honey crystals in water. Had an acupuncture treatment the other day.  I am getting no relief.  Bowers are moving, maybe a bit hard due to the Pepto

I was treated fir SIBO a few months ago.  I did have two courses of Xifaxin.  Unfortunately, lots of meds I can't take. GI dic has about given up on me. I have a very long story, was tested fir motility disorder.  One doc said I had slow motility, another said it was not that bad. .

What else can I do at home?  Been to ER in the past where they basically do nothing.

Is this dangerous?  I just feel horrible and nauseated, no vomiting.

Thank you.  One specialist said I do have a motility problem but I seemed to be better fir a while.  If you have this problem, it doesn't go away and then recur, dies it?  I am on my 4th day of Xifaxan with no improvement so don't know if this is SIBO. I am eating small meals, if at all, bland diet, no dairy and do eat yogurt.  Nothing is helping.  Still just as sick today. Not sure what to do. It is the weekend and the clinics and ER's are hours wait already this morning.  I might be able to get into my old one today but they have no idea what has been going on.

Hi, just make the shift towards a natural healthy lifestyle. Since a motility disorder has been ruled out, it should help restore the normal rhythm of the bowel. Eat regularly at frequent intervals, smaller meals. Try to avoid oily or high calorie food. Aim for an ideal weight. And eat at least two hours before sleeping. Include exercise in your daily routine. This should help to settle things. Try to include yogurt in your diet as it is a probiotic which replaces lactobacillus acidophilus (good bacteria) that helps with digestion. Regards.
