Yellow Diarrhea/Passed Grape-Sized Mass

I have been sick with a cold/flu for three weeks. Two days ago, I developed diarrhea. It seemed to occur immediately after eating. Today, the diarrhea was bright yellow and I passed something the size of a small grape (also yellow in color). I'm currently on synthroid (for hypothyroidism), effexor (for depression), and metformin & byetta (for insulin resistence). I've been on the Byetta for nearly a month, but have not suffered any side effects to date.

Can anyone piece together the puzzle and help me find some answers? Thanks!

I'm not sure if I had the flu. I did have chills, but little to no fever. I was wiped out most for about 2 solid weeks.

When you say you had the flu, did you just have chills and fever and feel completely wiped out?
