I am 5.4 height 23 years old. 102 lbs. I eat healthy foods and on time. I drink a gallon of water daily. my bowl movements are not normal. everytime I eat I get an urge to poop. also I have to poop at least 4 to 5 times a day. sometimes I have constipation . I figured out eating oats gives me diarrhea and I stopped eatingoing oats but it's the same after that as well. how to deal with this issue.
