abdominal pain

For about the last year or so I am always having abdominal pain. I t doesnt matter what I eat, or dont eat, my stomach feels very bloated, usually always painful, cramping. My abdoman looks very extended (I think that  is the word for it)  it usually comes on quit fast and last a few hours. Out of a 7 day week my stomach is like this 4 to 5 days aweek. Its very uncomfortable, I have regular bowel movements, I dont have diarreah, I dont vomit, although I do feel kind of queezy once in a while. Also I dont know how often you are supposed to pass gas, but it seems like I do alot. My periods are very irreggular I dont know if that means anything, I will go for 2 months or longer with nothing.

Thanks

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  I would recommend that you see a doctor about this.  This could be many things and it would be best to see a doctor to get this figured out.  If you wanted to try something before you saw the doctor, you could try eliminating 100% of all lactose from your diet for 2 weeks to see if that helps.
