abdominal pain

I have been having abdominal pain in all 4 quadrants or the stomach the pain seems to travel but i have regular bowel movements with no blood in my stool. I'm 38 with no weight loss or gain. I exercise.I had colonoscopy,camera in stomach,x-ray,ultrasound,blood test and stool culture test.All came back negative.They its my nerve phychosomatic i'm in therapy with a physciatrist and cognitive therapy with a social worker.But i still don't know why the pain.it feels like cramps or bloating and sometimes like a belt that is to tight.I also take effesor and amitrypiline and clazapane.
