When you have a hypothyroid, many of your body processes slow down and you can experience constipation.  If your waste moves slower than usual, then more gas than normal will fill up your tummy and hurt.  Also, if you have slow digestion, toxins will build up in the body and sometimes give you a headache.  To counteract constipation, drink plenty of water, exercise even tho you don't want to, and eat fiber foods and whole grains.  Also, as temporary relief for the pain and fullness in your tummy, an alka seltzer helps get gas out of the stomach.

On the feeling tired and sleepy, that's strictly from having a hypothyroid.  If they'll put you on medicine for hypo, that should help those symptoms a lot.  On the fast heartrate, most people with hypothyroidism will gain some weight and puff up, and this swelling will make the heart work harder.  On both those issues, next time you see your doc, ask him about that stuff and how it might be affected by any medicine you need or take.

Perhaps can also try posting over in the forum for people who have a thyroid problem and see what all they have to say about it.
