Bowel problems, feel bloated and nauseous...please help

i hope you can help i'm a woman in my early 50's i suffer with bowel problems most of the time, but more recently my bloatedness has moved up to the rib cage which is very uncomfortable and to top it all i have started to feel sick and have been when i've eaten. doesn't have to be a large meal either as u can imagine its getting me down ...... any ideas what it is or how i can solve it  ......?

What other bowel problems are you experiencing?  What dietary changes have you made?

yes but they keep telling me its ibs i feel fobbed off as ive changed my diet to account for this and has made no difference at all .....

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  What other bowel problems are you experiencing?  Have you see a doctor about this?
