after colonoscopy

guys please help me. i have not read the documents from my colonoscopy done in the morning (i was afraid to read it). the doctor havent told me anything. I did eat only apple mash with diet buscuit and drink water and that was all food whole day after. but then i had a little of pasta with pesto and a bit of cheese (11 hours after). i have found instruction i can eat anything after colonoscopy, but now i read in the document from the doctor i should not eat or only mash-kinds of food for three days. please did i spoiled everything? what risks are there? i have had to polyps excised some 10 cm from anus. thank you very much for help and possibly calming me down...
