anal fissure, help me

Good afternoon.
I need your opinion, last Saturday I longed to evacuate but as it was in the street to hold the desire and strong pressure in my anus, look fast and bid a public restroom very strong and I realized I had diarrhea. then when I left I felt a burning in my anus. followed pain but do not stop him until yesterday to review and have a small fissure located at 12.

What do I do to make this sane?
Why crack occurred?

Sebastian,
It sounds like you have what is called a "fistula." The good news is that it's able to be repaired. The bad news is that it almost always requires surgery. Fistulae don't heal themselves. You should see a doctor as soon as possible. You may want to go directly to a proctologist or gastroenterologist. Good luck!
