barretts

i  have been coughing for the past couple of weeks. i do have barretts. why does my mouth taste like metal after coughing?

Hi there!

Metallic taste in the mouth is a common symptom of infections/ inflammations, micronutrient deficiency, side effect of a few drugs or a few items etc. In you case an infectious cause is most likely. This is likely to get better as the infection subsides.
