black poop

I have moderate to severe pain in my stomach and under my right rib cage and i am filled with poop up to my chest cavity according to my ct scan i have a small bowel  blockage its painful when i poop and cant get relief.  its not a problem pooping ive taken everything to help on poop.  what can they do for me in the emergency room?

the stool is passing (although nothing recently) im not in a hospital except its still hurting moderatly and im very neauseated and dont want to go to the er and have them think im drug seeking or something.  any advice?

What dr. told you that you have blockage?  If he is not a GI dr ask him to get you into one asap.  Also, check out the best bariatric surgeon in your area that does laproscopic surgery.  You don't want the hospital or you dr choosing your surgeon.  Do your homework asap.

You need to get the blockage open, or that part of your intesetine will die.  They will give you something to loosen all the stool in hopes that the blockage opens, and everything passes, and they will also put an NG tube down your throat to work at getting everything off your stomach. If you still have a blockage, they will have to operate and remove whatever is blocking you.  I hope you're in the hospital now, if not you need to get there.  They cannot perform surgery with all this stool in there, and only they know what to do.
