bowel life after gall bladder surgery

Hi...I am at my wits end...for last 3 years since having my gall bladder out I have been having bowel problems....its gone from diarohea like stools to now watery stools....I can go up to 5 times a day ...and the onset is very sudden....my stomach sounds like there is a river gurgling away in there.....this last 2 months I have had watery bowels every single day.....I had a colonoscopy and gastroscopy on 5 September but the only thing it showed was very mild osephagitis...nothing else showed.

there surely must be something going on in there..

my gastro spec gave me questran to take  but I was allergic I broke out in a rash..today he said there is no other bile product on the market...

can anyone help this thing is ruling my life ....I have to make sure there is a ladies room wherever I go.

First, you should sue your doctor for having you remove your gallbladder in the first place. Unless the gallbladder is extremely damaged or you have horrendous gallstones there is no reason for removal. Doctors hope it will help, but they dont know.
Are you taking anything like ox bile to supplement? If not, you should be.
You most likely need to change your diet to one with more easily digestible food.
Stay away from gluten, dairy, soy, fried foods, anything acidic.
Drink lots of water.
Take digestive enzymes. i recommend Digest Gold.
Take probiotics. Since its so bad, id go with the Raw Brand 100 billion cultures.
Fats are your enemy so lower them. NO HIGH FAT FOODS.
