My husband is 24, lately he been having this burning sensation in his stomach whenever he take spice food. I manage to prepare for him mild meal like porridge, soups and etc that could help me and there is no burning sensation. I would like to know what is the reason he has this problem.

Here is a whole page of tips for your husband.  My husband has had this for years, and one thing that sets it off is rocking in a rocking chair after eating.  Doctors never ask about rocking habits, LOL.

This page is on medications for GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease is another name for heartburn).
