cancer..pc? or what?.please help.

hi im 41 year old male..experiencing abdominal right side upper pain on and off for 7 years and now much more in middle of my back for about 2 months steady.over the last 7 years i have had gallbladder removed.was not working.passed 2 kidney stones.diagnoised with chronic epididymitis.. most recently pain is worse and worse more in right upper to middle and in my back.pain at times will not allow me to sleep at night.goes away while eating but returns 15 to 30 minutes after..lost some weight in recent months about 6 lbs basically because i dont feel like eating all the time.i now am very concerned its pancreatic cancer .i have had 7 ct scans in last 7 years. but most recent ct scan with oral contrast a few days ago which was pefect.even though i have not recieved written report yet. blood work is been perfect for years.never a thing off.but last blood work had low lymph auto and low lymp absolute and high neut auto...all ct scans come back clean..i am getting scared.i am lost.pain is relentless..i just had a endoscopy also a month ago and that was clean.had colonoscopy 3 years ago and that was clean.had cystoscopy 5 years ago and that was clean..but pain is still there..real bad at times..really never leaves.like i said lately it has been real bad..i am concerned that they are not looking for pancreatic cancer in a 41 year old male who does not smoke or drink..i tell them my concerns but they dismiss me..i have changed docs over years but noone can figure out pain.anyone think these ct scans could be missing cancer in my pancreas??.any ideas what to do?..please any advise is appreicated..i need help.if its not pancreatic cancer what are they missing..?.could it be infections..bacterial.??.abcesses??

I don't think there is any reason for you to be more worried.  This is looking at the pancreatic duct to make sure it is functioning properly, not to look for pancreatic cancer.

Do you have any changes in your bowel movements?  Have you had bloodwork looking at your pancreatic function?  You have had the proper scans to look at your pancreas and luckily they came back negative.

Hi Im sorry you are suffering.  Im in a lot of pain too but its my stomach.  Constant pain isn,t nice.   You have had your gallbladder out,so have I.  Look up Post choleocytectmy syndrome,I can,t spell it.  I wonder if its something to do with a problem after the gallbladder removal.  Im no expert but I read something about a spincter of Oddi dysfunction.  Sometimes stones can get left in the bile duct and sometimes the liver can still have the stones.  The colon also comes across from the right to the left.  It could be inflammation.  My gastro said something about checking my arteries I don,t any more about it yet.  I had biopsies and no cause has been found for my gastritis pain,so I know how frustrating it is.  At least you have had tests so the medical profession are doing something.  A gastro said something to me about a scan but I haven,t got an appointment for it.  Also we can pray,I don,t know if you believe in God and healing prayer?  I hope you get it sorted out soon.

The chance of having a negative CT scan and having lots of symptoms, gives you an almost 0 chance of having pancreatic cancer.  You need to stop worrying about this.

Do you have any changes in your bowel movements?  Have you tried eliminating any different foods from your diet?

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  With a negative CT scan, it is almost impossible that you would have pancreatic cancer.  I think you can safely eliminate this as a possibility and stop worrying about it.  Do you have any changes in your bowel movements?  Have you tried eliminating any different foods from your diet?
