chances of this being COLON cancer

hi my name is steven ive posted her before a couple of times im 19 yrs old and from last year to now ive been having weight loss whent from 180 to 138 curent weight ive lost apetite also been having allot of abdominal pain mostly just in the midle and lower part from september till now ive been having diarrhea a very yellowish color sometimes its watery and sometimes its soft and some times solid but mostly diarrhea i look really pale doctors have performed endoscopy and biopsy came out negative blood tests of all kinds including hiv negative the 26 im going in for a colonoscopy and just recently i started vomiting something that didnt use to happen i dont vomit always but from time to time what can this be im very scared because doctors cant find anything and im stressing it allot because im thinking that by the time they do find out something is wrong it will be to late for some reason i just think i may have a terminal illnes.so im wondering what are the chances that this maybe colon cancer or any type of cancer i mean this started last year and if it would of been any cancer not being treated wouldnt i have died allready?? just curious but can someone at least point me in the right direction as into what i may have pleaseee.. THANKS in advance steven

well yeah i have considered it im getting the barium test  to determine if its chrons but  i think my mind is messing me up more to because if they just would find what i have maybe this would make freak out alot less man it sucks being so young and going through ***** like this and i like singing i wasina  death/black metal band had to let that go because evrytime i scream now my stomach hurts and i feel so worned  out it sucksso much

THE VOMITING U DESCRIBED SET ME OFF TO THAT POSSIBLY BEING THE ISSUE.

You obviously have something wrong, but you are only beginning the testing phase to get it diagnosed.  It's perfectly reasonable to have the colonoscopy performed, but don't despair if everything is normal.  There is no reason to jump on the cancer bandwagon right now.  If endoscopy and colonoscopy results are normal, then your doctor needs to look at other organs like your gallbladder and appendix, or even consider a functional problem like gastropareisis.
