You could possibly have a kidney stone or kidney issues.   Hang in there!

I don't know when your urologist appt. is, but due to your changing urinary symptoms, going from urinating too much to having trouble going, I'm worried.  You might want to contact a doctor today and tell them how your symptoms have progressed, just to rule out kidney problems.  Don't wait on that one.  I was more focusing on your intestinal issues.  Constipated intestines can push on your bladder, etc.  But now that I'm seeing a picture of bubbly urine, frequent urinating and now difficulty urinating....I'm thinking contact a doctor today and see what they think.  Hope this helps!

For the urinary symptoms, maybe you could get a urine dipstick and see if you have too much protein in your urine. You can get those at stores like CVS.  Bodybuilders tend to overdo the protein to build the muscle.  Of course, I am not a doctor, so I don't know for sure what is causing this problem.  It's normal to have a little protein in the urine sometimes, but it shouldn't be happening all the time.  Damage can occur if it goes on too long.  Did the doctors ever check a urinalysis?

Did you ever take steroids?
Did they see anything on any of your scopes - any inflammation?
Did they do bloodwork?
What does your diet consist of?  Include any supplements, vitamins, minerals, protein drinks, etc.

Did they test you for celiac disease?  Crohn's disease?  Gallbladder?

Do you get diarrhea or constipation or both or neither?

Any information you can provide helps!
