Enema with dirty water...

Hi !

So.. for not so long my sink has a problem with unclean water, like dirt and sand... I forgot about this(i didnt look at water) and i filled a bottle with like 100 ml water and i did an enema on myself because i was constipated  (i do this like twice a month... very rarely)

So.. after i wash my hands and saw that dirty water i was very anxieous and i perform another enema with clean water after 15 minutes ...

I need to see a doctor ? If yes what to say to him... ? Im very scared right now

P.S: i dont did another insertion from my last post, just enemas now and than
