I had the Nissen done the end of April 10 less then 6 months after started feeling like pills were getting stuck in my throat they went in Jan 3 11 to stretch but since then the feeling of pills and food get stuck in my throat are even wores went back to GI dr and was treated like I was insane there was no way that could be happening after the stretching sent me to ENT he looked down my throat for 30 seconds said I need to be back on Prilosec and sent me on my way so now I have terrible pain in sternum area everytime I take a pill and have to drink water with every meal have lost 20 pounds due to eating not being enjoyable anymore wish I would never have had the surgery heartburn even though it was terrible could live with dont enjoy living with not being able to swallow anything without pain and can get no help from anyone

doctors seem to forget that they work for you. you pay for their fine houses and cars and luxurios vacations and golf memberships and etc. So fire him and find another who will do they're job! good luck

I'm sorry you are dealing with a moran for a doctor. Get another opinion out of town. Doctor's tend to stick together on things when they know each other so find a new specialist that doesn't think he is a God and who knows that things are possible. You know your body and what your feeling better than any doctor so go find one who wants to help. Good luck.
