constipation problems

I am having trouble having a proper bowel movement. It has been about two years now. I am trying to have a high fiber diet right now and still and having little luck. I drink 10 + glasses of water a day and for the past month have been trying to walk more. I have tried stool softeners, been to my doctor and he has given me something to take on a regular basis but it does work. I am having crazy pain under my kidneys as well and have been having a lot of kidney and bladder infections. I was regulary, I just want to be able to have a regular bowel movement so bad and feel not so tired. Help?

I've had this blood in my stools and cramping with mucus for years and then exhuastion with the bowel movement.  does anyone know what this is from?  I've started to try enemas with saline and diluted peroxide

if you get a colonoscopy you can get a diagnosis on your disease.

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  I would recommed that you talk to your doctor about doing more tests to make sure that something more serious isn't going on.  You can also talk to your doctor about starting on a daily laxative like Miralax.
