crazy pain in chest and back

this is the second week i have had pain in my chest kinda like in my left breast around to the center of my back sometimes under my shoulder blade. when i swallow i feel pain in my chest and my back, went to the doctor on last week basically they couldnt tell me anything cause its kinda hard to describe this feeling.i spent two hundred dollars on this no insurance all out of pocket so if anyone can help please let me know

hey mary no cold sinus problems, and they did no test just ask where the pain was. no jaw or dental work done and no the pain doesnt feel like someone sitting on my chest. he actually checked my heart said it sound great its just kinda odd to describe but the pain is there not a consent pain more like when i swallow or right now my back just hurts....so i'm just clueless right now.and it is time for my mammogram.

hi, if your gp rules out cardiovascular disease, then i think you might have gerd.

I have heard that Sometimes kidney stones can actually cause this kind of pain. Even without other symptoms. Have you had your urine tested lately?
But, what kinds of tests did the doctors do?
How old are you? Any other problems? Have you had any dental problems or jaw pain to accompany this?
Any shortness of breath?
Have you had a cold of any kind?
And last but not least does the pain feel like someone is sitting on your chest?
I assume the doctors ruled out any kind of heart problems right?

Try and explain the pain to me and I will see if I can help. Trust me I know how hard it is to try and explain weird pains! :)
