creepy crawl feeling in legs

Is it normal for someone that has a anal fistula with a silk seton placed to have problems with the nerves in the legs.

No. Ask your surgeon about your specific situation. Although this is probably unrelated, a pelvic abscess from the process would be a long shot to connect the two.

Thanks I will ask about that. The reason I have reocurring fistulas was due to a abscess that was opened from the wrong direction, by a gynecologist. So maybe another abscess.
