i dont know if that might be a cause of my fainting symptoms but i worry bout verry small little problems so when i do get something such as a cramp for some reason, i cant stand without asking someone if its ok or its common just to make my self feel better. so just to warn you ahead of time i might be an anoyance and im srry for that. but dont worry cuz im trying harder and harder to not think about little things like that and not to worry so much so ill continue to try.

Also let me add to that i have 1 more thing. I have really bad anxiety. (<i think i spelled it right) do you think maybe that could have an effect on me about fainting cuz i get really scared over small small things sometimes and i always have to ask ppl if its ok or common just to make me feel better. so im srry by warning you ahead of time if i might be an anoyance to you, but im trying harder and harder not to worry so much bout little things.

hey i was wondering, i took some pepto bismol last night (fri. night) and i read the box and i understand totaly that the product can produce black stool. so its saturday morning and i just went to the b room and i saw kind of darkish brown like really dark brown almost black. i was just wondering if the pepto bismol could still be causing this even after about 10-12 hours after i took it last night. 1 more thing to add. im 14 yrs old, and yesterday at school out of the blue, i started feeling extremely light headed. i went to the nurse and i could feel weird tickling sensations inside of my head. i thnk i was on the merdge of passing out or fainting. it might have been cuz im dehydrated or hungry cuz i usualy dont eat much for lunch. i was wondering if i did have an ulcer or some kind of bleeding problem, do u think nearly fainting could have caused it? if so what should i do?

Hm, vitamin B could cause yellow stool, iron or Pepto Bismol can cause black stool. If your stool is actually black and tarry, this is a sign of bleeding from the stomach or esophagus (usually from ulcer). Hemoccult test shows blood in the stool.
