Yep. I had it a few times when I was a young person to the point where others could hear it. So, if this has happened to you in public at high school, I totally understand how embarrassing it can be. Mostly because other people can be so rude about it and make you feel like some sort of freak. But, it's totally normal, especially when you're still a young person.
