first exam barium enema two years ago

what means?

mise d'une sonde endo-rectale et opacification retrograde de produit de contraste baryte, progression normale du produit dans le rectum, le colon jusqu'au bas fond coecal avec passage de produit de contraste dans le grele

spasme coliques diffuse sans lesion suspecte visible de soustraction ( tumeur ) ou lesion d'addition ( diverticule ou ulcere ). a signaler la presence d'un gros colon droit

If I am translating this correctly, it's saying there was normal passage of the product into the rectum, so no blockages were seen. They did find diffuse spasms but nothing that would possibly cause the spasm such as a tumor or lesion, etc. They also did find what may be an enlargement of the right side of the colon - the ascending colon.

These results should be put together with other tests that were done to try to come up with a cause for your discomfort. The presence of the diffuse spasms could cause a lot of pain and possibly something like diarrhea, if either of those are some of the symptoms of the problems you are having.
