I think you are okay as long as your body let it out. I know it is embarress. I beleive DR. OZ from Opera show said that we can fart 50 times a day. It's consider healthy. Unless the gas stays in your intestine and causing you unconfort. We eat, talk engulf air and some food likely to cause more gas than other. drinking with a straw and eating slowly sounds good idea. First all, you should get to a doctor and be checked out to determine why you are having so much gas. You may have a dietary, digestive, or even ovarian cyst issue. Besides that try drinking with a straw, eating slowly, drinking peppermint tea, and taking Ovol or GasX tablets. Good luck!
