gallbladder mildly distended, common bile Duct dilated!

I have pain and fatigue for a couple months. Mri results are  gallbladder mildly distended common bile duct dilated. Common bile duct measures 1.3 cm.   No lesions. Or lymphadenopathy or choledocholithiasis. Dr is sending me for more test. Has anyone dealt with any if this?  What I have read doesn't should good. Thank you!!
