I have so much gas it just lingers.  It is driving me crazy.  When they say inability to pass gas, is that what this is referring to  because I am having a hard time passing this gas.  I think I might have internal surgical adhensions.

I would recommend eliminating 100% of all lactose, beans, carbonation, and caffeine for 2 weeks to see if that helps.  This is a more likely cause than adhesions.

Yes, I have had two c-sections, had mygallblader out and a abdominal hernia repair.  I am eliminating lactose as much as I can.

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  Have you had abdominal surgery before?  Have you tried eliminating all lactose from your diet?
