gastroparesis

I am 21 year old male.
For last three monthes, i have experienced symptoms of:
-nausea(bad) about 2-3hours after food, worse after exercise , better after food/water
-tight chest
-indigestion
-general feelings of unwell
-very sick after large meal
-not feeling thursty/hungry at all
-hiccups/belching everytime after food

I have done all tests , blood test including diabetes, CT abdomin scan, ultra sound, upper endoscopy, barium meal which all came out to be negative.
my doctor doesn't seem to know what is wrong , neither am I.

I was prescribed with Nexium, domperidone(motillium), stemizine,gaviscon... etc
none of them seems to work, but Somac(PPI) has helped me a bit with nausea though because of fatigue side affect i was told not to take it anymore.

I am really stressed, ...really stressed, depressed and was about to kill myself, seriously.
Is this gastroparesis????
Is there anyone diagnoised with gastroparesis, could have got rid of this thing???
PLEASE HELP ME

My 17 year old daughter has had stomach problems since she was little. She was diagnoised and treated for h pilori several years ago. Just recently she had a colonoscopy and endoscopy which showed a small hiatial hernia, small damaged area in her esophogas, flattening of her small intestine. Her biopsies all came back negative. The doctor said he doesn't believe that her constant nausea is due to the hiatal hernia. We have not found the cause of the damaged vili in her small intestine. We have eliminated wheat from her diet even though the biopsy showed it not to be the problem. Any suggestions or ideas you could offer would be greatly appreciated. Her nausea and fatigue have increased to the point that she has dropped out of her sports and missed alot of school.

I am a Registered Nurse and my teenage daughter has recently been diagnosed with post viral gastroparesis. You say you have had all the tests but usually a barium meal would show some degree of gastro paresis. If you do have it you need to have a gastric emptying scan to definitely diagnose it . It also sounds like you need to have a colonoscopy because you could have a problem with your large bowel. it is really important that this is ruled out. Have you seen a Gastroenterologist. You need to see one to properly look at all of your symptoms and properly diagnose you before you assume that you have anything else. This is my advice to you. If you do find that you have gastroparesis I can give you quite a bit of information on how to treat it as we have been living with it for some time. Rule out any lower bowel problems first and find a decent gastroenterologist with the american gastroenterology society perhaps one that deals with motility issues. I know america does have specialists in this area. It is possible though that you have lower bowel problems causing your symptoms. you need to rule them out first  there are specialists that deal directly with gastroparesis. I wonder if you had a gastro virus in the last six months. this can bring on gastropareis, but fortunately it usually goes away if it is post viral. It can however, take some time.

Has your doc tried you on any other motility drugs, some work better than others. I've been on reglan for almost 5 years for the nausea and for better motility, but there is also propulsid. They still haven't found the right treatment for me either, so we're in the same boat. My issues have been going on for 10 years, off and on. I know that it can be really frustrating.

hey..listen man..i know how you feel i have the EXACT same symptoms it was like those words came right out of my mouth..this is such a miserable thing to have..i have had it for about a year and a half now and had a million tests done all with absolutely nothing wrong. I too had considered killing myself. Just remember that no matter how bad things get, they could always be worse. Just do the best you can to keep fightin and dont quit til they find out whats wrong.I know its hard, i swear i have thought to myself a hundred times i would rather have cancer all over my body and at least know what is wrong with me than be constantly sick to my stomach with no clue what is causing it. I still to this day have not found what is wrong but i am still going to doctors and still searching. One person that can heal anything is God. He is a miracle worker and if you ask him for his help he will help you. I truly believe he can do anything and i will pray for you and for myself and i wish you the best in finding some answers. I might also suggest you try accupunture. There are many people that swear by it
