helicobacter ,any long term natural herb that can help?

my gf often get Helicobacter and gastric on stomach, doctor said because of eating outside food. doctor prescripted medicine for her for one month. I try to find any other way natural way to heal that? any herb, food, fruits that can kill Helicobacter naturally without taking medition? she often get gastric on stomach and stomach swollen.

Well those could definitely be symptoms of H Pylori. I would recommend that she go on the recommend therapy for treating H Pylori and then work hard to avoid things in her life that could cause a relapse.
