Long story short penny got stuck in *** 2 days ago finger got it stuck farther, can't poop body feels like it might explode and just had a heavy nose bleed
can't go to hospital. Make all the jokes you want I  hope I don't die.

A/E is the same thing as an ER, it's just called different things in different countries.

Even if we swallow a penny...it will pass through.  A penny won't completely block you, try taking a laxative (not a real strong one) and drink plenty of water.  If you don't go then you need to seek medical help.  Hope this helps!
