huge stomach =(

My stomach has always looked 6 months pregnant whenever I eat ANYTHING. I work out almost everyday and am physically fit, but if I don't tense up my stomach to hold it in, it looks like I'm pregnant...like I mean huge! I got rid of gluten, peanuts, big dairy products and now drink soy milk and this has helped since I'm not throwing up my food anymore...but it is still very large and I have had this my whole life. I also burp a lot after I eat...and I wish for one day I don't have to walk around with a baggier shirt to cover up my bloated stomach. As for what I eat now is; fruits, vegetables, fish, meat, turkey, soy, almonds, walnuts, gluten free bread and chips, and gluten free cookies. I also drink enough water everyday (around 60 oz), I am 5' 9" around 147 lbs....any suggestions, I would be SO grateful and happy. Thank you in advance for taking your time to read this.

I've been dealing with this for about a year now and haven't gotten anywhere really.  Even water makes me bloat to looking pregnant and I am very small so I know its not normal.  Had numerous tests that showed nothing but an endoscopy revealed bile in my stomach so I know I've got something funky going on, and I could possibly have gastroparesis.  You should look into IBS if you have bowel problems with the bloating, but if not look into gastroparesis because I guess you can bloat big time with this.  Not being able to eat full meals without feeling sick afterwards is a key symptom because your stomach empties slower than normal.  Not really sure how it makes the lower abdomen bloat real big, I think maybe cause your intestines also slow.... but I've read it does cause abdominal distention.  Hope I helped at least somewhat.  I know it's really frustrating!  But go see a gastroenterologist and he/she can do some tests... Lemme know how you turn out
