i can't take this anymore

i'm a 31 year old diabetic and for the last 2 years i've been crapping myself in my sleep. It doesn't happen all the time (about 15 times a year) but it does happen in bunches e.g. 2 or 4 times in a week, then nothing for a couple of months and i don't excrete alot, just enough to hate it, so please somebody give me an answer coz i can't bring myself to ask the doctor

Sounds like you have a "incontinence of stool" issue. Your body has control issues(Which is obvious to yourself) But you really need to get to a doctor to have them diagnose this further. They can do a pelvic floor test to see if you have issues there.
