in pain

ever since i was a little girl i can remember my stomach has hurt me. i am now 22 years old and it still hurts from time to time. i had a colonoscopy and Endoscopy about 3 years ago. i was only diagnosed with internal hemroids, they also gave me an ultrasound on my gallbladder and nothing. the doctor explained my pain as a nervous stomach i don't feel nervous at all or stress. sometimes the pain is unbearable. what should i do should i get another test done? what should i do to get a diagnosis for my stomach. i don't smoke and im pretty healthy other than my stomach. could i have something wrong with my female reproductive organs?

Could there be a food triggers the pain, and when does it hurt is it before you eat or after a meal.Are there certain times in the month it hurts more, there are a few questions to ask your self, does it hurt after exercise?
