involuntary regurgitation

I have been having food reflux daily for about 6 months.  I eat food or drink fluids and about 20 min later the food starts coming up.  I have no nausea, no pain, and no burning.  The food is not even digested.  The symptoms worsen as the day progresses.  I probably reflux, or regurgitate more that one hundred times each day.   I had an EGD about 5 months ago that showed inflamation in the distal esophagus.  I have tried Tagament, Zantac, Mylanta, Gelusil, Pepsid, Nexium, Prilosec, Protonix, and Kapidex.  None of these medications have fixed my problem. Could I have a hiatal hernia that didn't show in the EGD?

It's possible to have a sliding hiatal hernia that didn't show up.

Have you teamed your use of the PPIs/meds with changes in diet to try to help your system out a bit more? The meds may not be able to control the situation all by themselves.
