nausea after eating iceberg lettuce

similar to an issue posted to you by moobaby earlier, except that this is a mild nausea, in the stomach, but I definitely have to stop eating, it's only after eating iceberg lettuce, and only after I eat about a head of it (a large head, around 600/700 g).
I'm 32, a man, and I've only recently started eating this amount of lettuce regularly.
What's going on?  I eat wholemeal bread with it, also.

I await your response.
