need advice

I am a 32 y.o. female.  Last year, I began having bloody stools, severe cramping, and pain.  I was eventually diagnosed with C-diff but, by that point, was so ill, I was in the hospital for eight days with pancolitis and lesions around the entire colon.  After Flagyl did not relieve my symptoms, I was given two twelve day courses of Vancomyacin.  The symptoms completely disappeared.  In May 2010, I began having left sided pain near my ribs.  Two days later, I began having watery stools.  I am having watery stools anywhere from 6 times a day to 30 times a day.  I have been tested several times for C-diff again and all tests (including parasitic tests) are negative.  I have begun seeing a GI specialist because my Gliadin IGG was 65, but the endoscope biopsies did not reveal abnormalities.  I have started a gluten-free diet anyways.  The loose watery stools continue to persist, despite the diet.  Any ideas?

Have they checked your pancreas and gallbladder?  I would also think they would do a colonoscopy.

Have they done a colonoscopy?  I would think they have.  Keep yourself well hydrated with water and Gatorade to replenish your electrolytes in the meantime.  There are sevearl conditions that can cause severe diarrhea, your Gi needs to be more aggressive with testing.
