orange oil from butt

hello all, I could really use some advice. I am 30 weeks pregnant and noticed pink discharge from my rear while wiping. my doctor said hemmorrhoid, so I bought some prep H suppositories. After my third dose, I noticed an orange oil from my butt when pooping that came out in round, circular droplets. My poop is not actually orange. is this a side effect of the prep H tablets?

Did you ever hear about about this? This is happening to me while on rectal suppositories and the timing is just too coincidental. Never had anything like this before and boom, taking anusol and orange oil.
