pain and bloated full feeling

I've been having chest pain, just below breast in center of my chest, accompanied by gas, a full feeling, and a feeling of constipation (although I do not seem constipated). Occassionally there is also pain around my rib cage into my back. And my stomach sometimes hurts and makes odd noises. Also, sometimes I feel as though I need to vomit, but never do. Any ideas what might be causing it?

It was about a week. I finally did see a doctor. Turned out to be my underwire bra of all things. It was squeezing my diaphragm too tight.

Watch out for those bras ladies! I quit wearing underwires and haven't had any pain since (took a day or two to go away).
