Sick and Tired of Being Sick and Tired!

For months my body has been all messed up.  I found out that I have GERDs and IBS and started Nexium and a high fiber diet.  Problem is thats not working.  I am always tired and having problems with digestion.  Saturday I got so nauseous that I couldn't eat anything and the smell of certain things made the nausea worse.  I was in so much pain from my head to my stomach and could barely stay awake.  For about a month now I have noticed blood in my stool and when I wipe.  I dont know if I should worry but things have to get better.  I have no idea whats going on or what to think.  I have a follow up appt next month but I was wondering if anybody could tell me if they have ever had this problem before.  My symptoms are nausea like all the time, headaches, stomach pain, feeling that something is stuck in my thoat or chest, burning in my chest and pitt of my stomach and a hard time going to the restroom.

No I have not. I cancelled my follow up the first time afraid he would suggest the colonoscopy. I don't want anything going there. He also wanted to see how the nexium would work and because I'm 26 and mostly healthy he said running a bunch of test wouldn't be necessary. Have you ever experienced any of this?
