HELLO, PINWORMS ARE PRETTY COMMON. IN FACT A LOT OF CHILDREN GET THEM, BUT ADULTS CAN GET THEM AS WELL. IIT IS SAD TO KNOW YOU HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS FOR TWO YEARS  NOW BECAUSE THEY CAN BE CURED PRETTY EASILY. I KNOW YOU MIGHT BE EMBARRASSED OR EVEN SCARED TO LET YOUR PARENTS KNOW, BUT IT IS IMPORTANT TO LET THEM KNOW, AND I AM SURE THEY WOULD NOT WANT YOU TO BE SUFFERING. THE DOCTOR WILL PRESCRIBE SOME MEDICINE BUT THEN YOU WILL ALSO HAVE TO HAVE ALL OF YOUR SHEETS, BLANKETS, WASHED IN VERY HOT WATER. PINWORMS ARE EASILY SPREAD BY PUTTING YOUR FINGERS IN YOUR MOUTH, ESPECIALLY BITING FINGER NAILS, SO TRY REALLY HARD TO KEEP YOUR FINGERS OUT OF YOUR MOUTH AND WASH YOUR HANDS GOOD AND OFTEN. BUT HURRY AND LET YOUR PARENTS KNOW SO YOU CAN BE FEELING GOOD SOON.

I agree with the above poster when my son was little he would dig and dig and dig in the dirt for hours he was about 5 or 6 when he kept telling me his bottom was itching and the only thing the would help was to put him in the tub finally i took him to the doctor  and he gave him some meds and took them right away not really a big deal this stuff happens but left untreated it can do more harm then good

You need to tell your parents about this...pin worms are very common in children and easily treated.  They aren't affecting your growth, some kids grow well into their 20's while others have growth spurts, you have plenty of time to grow...everyone is different.  Let your parents know about the pin worms so they can go to the drug store and get treatment for you.  They want to know if you're having this problem...they love you and it's really not a big deal.  My son was very short in high school but by the age of 20 he was 6 feet tall!  Tell your mom about the pin worms so you can get some relief and relax about not being as tall as you feel you should be at this time.
