problems swallowing

I have had severe pain swallowing my food. I have even stopped eating foods high in fat & spices and there is no change. I have stomache pain so bad sometimes that I cannot sleep. Nothing seems to help. I also have pain to the touch in my chest area between my brests and under my brests in my rib area and on the sides under my underarms.. I have had ct scans in the past and ultra sounds to check my organs but nothing found. No stones or anything. I no longer have insurance and everything has gotten way worse. It hard to eat anything and keep it down. Now every joint in my body hurts all the time and its getting hard for me to get around. I am a 46 year old woman and Im really tired of docotrs telling me the same thing, GERD. I don't have gerd, I dont have heartburn. can you think of anything.

I would suggest you read up on the special carbohydrate diet and put yourself on the intro diet for three days, and then test the whole thing out for three weeks. It was invented for children with Crohns, but it also helps in patients with IBS, Gerd, Bacterial overgrowth, fungi and parasites (to a small degree).
Experiment a bit and see if honey makes it better or worse, and the yoghurt, etc. It will not give you any diagnose, but it can give you some relief.
It is pretty cheap as well, and it tastes great. If you get flu-like symptoms during the first few days, do not panic, it means it is working. Since the first thing you do is chickensoup with carrots, mincemeat or soup with pumpkin or zucchini, pumpkin pie without flour and lovely grape jelly, it is easy to swallow, too. For information I'd suggest pages like "scd lifestyle", "scd, gluten free and veggie" and "pecanbread". SCD lifestzye has motivational podcasts you can listen to, and send their version of the intro diet for free. Their book is more for someone who has never, ever cooked before, and has good pictures.
Good luck!
