slow transit in small and large bowel

Hi, i have had the marker tests done on my large and small bowel for transit tests. I had yo swallow 50 markers, then 3 days later had some x-rays, which revealed 50 markers still there. Straight after that i had to eat.some mash and beans, then have halogen breath tests, which also revealed very slow small transit aswel as my large bowel. I also have had 3 years of chronic pain, obstructions, multiple adhesions removed from my small bowel. Im on 4 fleet phospate enymas a day, aswel as picolax sachets, movocol (10 per day) lactulose, im also on oramorph for my pain, and morphine patches. I have recently had the barium enyma test, which also revealed that my muscles are not working right. Does anyone know what i will need to prepare myself for treatment wise? Im suffering every day.. Im also on forti sips for.nutrients as my iron levels are low, and have a vitimin deficiency. Any help would be very greatly appreciated, none of the laxatives or.anything are working..

You may want to google 'colonic inertia' and check out some of the boards dealing with the issue. Individuals on the boards discuss both large bowel inertia and small bowel dysmotility. You may get more information in that manner.......not sure, but it may help.
