MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there!

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of his symptoms. The lump could be a normal or enlarged liver, hernia, growth from the bone or surrounding connective tissue etc; while the vomiting could be related to regurgitation, infections, inflammations, functional or structural issues etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care pediatrician and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, it can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought.
Hope this helps.

Take care!
