stomach/bowel issue. Please read

okay so this first started about 4 months ago. i started feeling nauseas after eating, especially when i ate out, because i was stressed about it. i was prescribed to omeprazole for GERD, and that helped a little. then the next thing i noticed is i went out and got mcdonald's at about 2 am, and when i woke up i had this weird tasting burp, and rumbling noises followed by a sudden bowel movement (sometimes diarrhea) and i would experience this about 3 times the rest of the day. so me being the stupid teen i am i did go out and get junk food late at night. and the same thing happened those mornings too. so now i have stopped doing that, started eating healthier. but i still feel bloated and can hear rumbling noises. no taste in mouth after burp. but i do wake up and hear rumbling and have to have a bowel movement right when i wake up. after that it seems to stop, but for the rest of the day after i eat i will feel bloated, almost like gas is trapped. and ill have a bowel movement right after i eat. i would say though my symptoms have improved quite a bit, theyre all quite mild and i never lose sleep over it or experience pain. just an uncomfortable feeling. and this has kept me from going out as often because i dont like having to make a bowel movement when im away from home. especially diarrhea. i have had anxiety issues for several years now, and the only thing hereditary in my family is heart issues. though my brother and father both had stomach issues at my age and theirs went away on their own. i believe its ibs, celiac disease or lactose intolerant. but if anyone knows what it is or has experienced same symptoms and figured it out, please let me know.

Hi,

According to me you have GERD Issues which is with me also. My bowel transit time is sometimes 5 hours with the smell of what I ate. Like I ate boiled spinach at 12:30 pm at meal and my stool at 5:40 pm was black type and smell of spinach. This is not the first time for me.
