stomach pain feeling depressed

Can anyone help? 2 years ago I suffered from food poisoning which continued to cause diarrhea for 6 weeks or so. They done heap of tests and nothing come back abnormal. After suffering from ibs symptoms for about 6 months I ended up in outpatients at the hospital one day with severe stomach pain. Another heap of test and they sent me home with a script for nexium and mylanta. Slowly the symptoms subsided but have continually come back worse and worse every time.  I have just had a full blood work including thyroid and gastroscopy!  But all was fine. Except my b12 levels. I have now for more than a month been suffering with a sore throat, swollen glands, constant pain in the top of my stomach, feeling of food getting caught In throat/chest, nausea,  back pain and fatigue! Anyone had similar or can advise??
Thanks

Thanks.......it seems to be all the time lately, I'm at my wits end!! Numerous tests and nothing!! It seems to help a little if I stand more and only eat small amounts!! It's getting me down feeling like this all the time!! :/

Are you still taking the nexium? Because the food caught in throat feeling, nausea, and stomach pain could all be GERD, but if you are taking nexium still, it should be helping.
Does it happen all the time or only after eating? If after eating, I'd pay attention (food diary) to what you eat and see if you can figure out whats triggering it. Maybe cut a few things out of your diet and see if that helps. No gluten, dairy, or highly acidic foods.
