stomach pain in night with vomiting

Im 34yrs male my stomach pains in the night unbearably with continous vomiting throught the night from last 3days .My sonography is also normal as per my doctor .im a nonsmoker no alcoholic  .Plz help

sir my doctor gave me some antacid and painkillers like hydrocortico steroid .i had drunk a litre of pasteurised cow milk and skipped my dinner a day before .cn this cause any problem plz help

You need to get back to your doctor and report what's going on. If you're bringing up acid in that volume during the night and experiencing pain has the doc fully evaluated you for acid reflux issues? Were any medications suggested?

acid cms out with unbearable stomach pain .i pass stools normal .no other symtoms

What are you bringing up while vomiting - bile or acid? Any other symptoms?
