stomach pain

hello, im a 22 year old for the past two years i suffer from stomach pain ,gas stomach and frequent diarrhea. i was advised to avoid lactose food ,so i did and the gas felling have diapered but still i have very frequent diarrhea and daily pain with bowel movement. my blood work came back with CRP 0.54 in a scale from 0.1 -0.50.  and ESR  was 28 when normal below 20.
what can cause my problem? thank you in advance.
